1. Ordering Instructions
All gift certificate orders will be processed within one business day of receipt of order.

2. Delivery Charges Options
We use Airborne Express when delivering to an address other than your billing address. All Gifts will be shipped to any address that you specify in "Choose the shipping address" section. Your credit card will be billed an additional amount for shipping. Depending on delivery options chosen by you. The current fees are as follows:
Next Day $9.50
2nd Day $6.50
-Please fill out the 'to' and 'from' fields in the ordering page as it will read on the gift certificate.
-If you would like an optional attached message sent (happy birthday, congratulations, thank you etc...) please fill in the 'Certificate optional attached message' field in the choose shipping options/order page.
-It is O.K. to leave this information blank and fill it out when you receive it in the mail, in this case check the 'same' button in the 'choose the billing address' section.

3. Ordering multiple gift certificates:
Ordering multiple gift certificates can save you time. Place your orders individually and fill out the shipping info separately for each gift. The best way is to use your back button or the 'Keep Shopping' button provided after you finish placing and sending each order. The billing info will be remembered each time by our system if you register as a customer through the place order page. Although you will have to re-input your credit card info for each order, so keep it handy. The other way is to tell us where you would like each one sent to in the comments field. If we have any questions we will call you by phone.

4.Ordering multiple gift certificates and sending to the same address:
If you would like multiple gift items from GiftCertificateMall.com sent to the same address, order as many times as you like and fill in the shipping info just once. You can 'Keep Shopping' at any point and see how you are doing by viewing your shoppingbasket. Once you place an order you can still continue shopping by pressing 'Do not order'.
Give Us Special Instructions: Any special instructions that you may have for us can be given in the 'comments' section under your Email address on the final order form.

6. Refund Policy
All of our restaurant gift certificates are valid for up to at least a year from date of purchase.

All online transactions at Yahoo! Stores are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant.
